These things are SHARP! I hope they will last but they are beautiful out of the box. The scissors are just run of the mill shears but everything else is really nice.

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter and had an opportunity to use one of the knives. I was very impressed with how sharp the blade was and the difference it made to the other knives she previously had on hand. This set was a huge improvement and the sale price couldn't be beat!

Love this product. The knifes were all very sharp out of the box and the handle is perfect for japanese style culinary cutting and slicing. Couldn't have asked for a better set.

Top tier quality knife set. The block does leave additional slots for knives outside of the set. I plan on adding additional Koh knives to the block to complete the set. Otherwise I would have purchased them all at once.
