Amazing knives. I never recommend a knife block set to anyone, always individual knives, but these knives are great! The knife block feels like an after thought though.

Just never knew what I was missing out on not having truly sharp knives. These are wonderful. Really had to watch myself the first few weeks; accidentally cutting things since they were so darn sharp. Have been using a few months now and still going strong. Just read instructions good since they should not be run through automatic sharpeners. Best to use ceramic hand sharpener...just read so you don't loose that beautiful edge. With care I think this will be my last set of knives for sure.
