[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knives are beautiful, they look great on display on the easel stand. I love the way they feel in the hand. They are awesome to use, I love preparing food with them. You can get paper thin slices with no effort. The only thing I was not impressed with was the easel. The packaging for shipping could have been better, and the easel arrived with a hairline crack running thru a portion of its center.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives fit my hands perfectly and have exceptional balance in use. This is extremely important when you spend a lot of time prepping food to prevent arm and wrist exhaustion/pain and is safer than an unbalanced knife. My magnetic board did come with some separation in the wood and I will be contacting the maker for a replacement…but the knives are amazing.
