This knife was more expensive then a whole set of knives by itself. With that said, it chipped after a month We baby this knife, no dishwasher and dry it after wash . Crazy super disappointed

Have had this one and the Rocking Santoku 180 for about a month now, bought them from my local dealer. They are rock solid and do not back down in the kitchen. The beechwood handles are light and comfortable in the hand, elevating what is already buttery smooth performance to a level few can dream of. Easy to maintain and are show stoppers when displayed on the island with a proper magnetic knife block.
