Absolutely incredible rocking knife... I love the Miyabi Artisan series

I only bought this as a replacement for the same knife that was chipped during Thanksgiving. Hands down thsee knives are the best and sharpest I've used. They are gorgeous to look at. They feel amazing in your hand.

I purchased three different Santoku knives and they're wonderful. Very high quality and beautiful! They feel good in my hands with a nice grip and a good balance to them. I decided to throw out a lot of my dull, old knives, and have just a few high quality, long-lasting ones in the kitchen and these were the knives for that! I'm really happy and satisfied with them so far! Shipping and delivery were great!
