Firstly, looking at it, it is a beautiful knife. I expected it to be a little heavier, but decided to try it before judging. It cuts through everything flawlessly, and I can see now that I was wrong with the initial thoughts on the weight. I can cut strawberries paper thin, as well as onions and raw chicken. I have no complaints.

Amazing knife was a great choice for my kitchen knife collection

Wonderful, high quality, long-lasting knife! I needed to throw out my old, dull knives and replace them with a couple really good ones and this was the knife for that. It feels good in my hands and the balance is right. I'm very happy with it! Delivery was great!

Sharp AF and gorgeous

This knife is unsurprisingly exceptionally sharp as you would expect. The slightly hammered knife finish helps with food release which makes prep work much faster since there is almost no adhesion. The handle is beautifully crafted but also the best of the prep knives I tested in store for my hands. I have slightly larger hands, rather shorter and wide than long and slender (an XL in most gloves). The bulge in the belly and the shape of the blade give me solid grip and my knuckles just enough clearance from the cutting surface. I was initially concerned that the size of the blade wouldn’t lend itself well to more delicate prep work, but it has proven plenty precise. Lastly, for the way I chop, the blade’s contact point is perfect and where there is the least curvature so I can cleanly and swiftly severe what I’m chopping. Great knife.
