Firstly, looking at it, it is a beautiful knife. I expected it to be a little heavier, but decided to try it before judging. It cuts through everything flawlessly, and I can see now that I was wrong with the initial thoughts on the weight. I can cut strawberries paper thin, as well as onions and raw chicken. I have no complaints.

Wonderful, high quality, long-lasting knife! I needed to throw out my old, dull knives and replace them with a couple really good ones and this was the knife for that. It feels good in my hands and the balance is right. I'm very happy with it! Delivery was great!

Sharp AF and gorgeous

This Artisan knife is beautiful. It feels so good on my hands. The craftsmanship is absolutely outstanding. The knife arrived very sharp. The balance is just perfect. I also noticed food doesn’t stick to the knife as much. I’ll definitely add more MIYABI knifes to my kitchen. The price justifies the quality. Grazie Mille!
