The product is solid overall, but the description didnt mention that the black arched part of the faucet is made of rubber. I believe this is an important detail that should have been included, as it may have influenced my decision to purchase. Unfortunately, Ive already paid for a plumber to install it, so I feel a bit stuck. It would be helpful for future customers if this information were included in the product description. The item appears to be well-constructed and has a substantial weight, which is a positive feature. However, I have some concerns regarding the durability of the rubber component.

Initially appeared well-designed, but we encountered a major issue during installation. The paint on the base chipped noticeably, which is extremely disappointing for a brand-new product. This gives the impression of a poorly finished or cheaply made item, as a product of this nature should withstand standard installation without damage. I expected higher durability and quality control from this brand, and this experience has fallen short of those expectations.
