[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This Lotus Multi-Function Cooker and Dutch oven is a beast of a kitchen tool. It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. Overall this new Lotus brand seems to know what they’re doing and I would love to try more of their products in the future.

I love the large control display and multifunction options — it feels like a high-end, versatile kitchen tool. Can’t wait to test it in my cooking routine!

It looks sleek and modern on my countertop with its stainless steel design, and it’s incredibly easy to use. The controls are intuitive — just set the program, press start, and let it do the work. I love that I can also sauté in it or slow cook like I would in a crockpot. This has become our main cooking vessel! So easy to use and clean.

But boy, was I wrong! We started off with something simple like rice, and I’ve had plenty of rice cookers in the past all of them were horrible. When I tell you this made the most perfect, consistent rice I’ve ever had at home, I was beyond impressed. I can’t wait to try out everything else. Definitely a new favorite!
