We purchased this dishwasher to replace an old LG that we have had for years. We assumed they would be the same depth, we were wrong. This dishwasher comes out from the edge of the cabinet by 2-1/2" to the door, so now you see the metal sides on the dishwasher. If there is a white panel that can be installed to cover the unfinished cabinet that would solve the problem as far as the finished look. Please advise what can be done.

I love my new LG dishwasher. I particularly like how well it cleans and even dries in a reasonable length of time. The app is great and gives me access to some great additional program options. I was really surprised how much I love the lights which allow me to easily see its contents without having to put on an overhead light. The only negative is that it is not quite as quiet as my previous machine, but given all its great features, it’s not a huge deal. I would highly recommend!

We have always loved the versatility of our LG dishwasher, so when we built our house, we chose the same dishwasher. This one however, the middle shelf sometimes sticks and does not roll back all the way, so we have to pull it back out and manipulate it so it slides in fully.
