Overall it’s Ok, good looking, easy to use. but two out of the five knobs are broken

Have been using cooktop for less than 2 years, cooking on it is great, 5 stars, however ... similar to other reviewers the knobs are horrible, just recently had 2 break, checked the remaining three and all are cracked and I expect they will fail in the near future. To replace all 5 knobs would be 1/3 the cost of the new cooktop. I expect higher quality from LG. Hard to use the cooktop, no matter how wonderful, if you can't turn the burner on.

Not at all happy with the cooktop! The “ink” has all come off and the knobs have a plastic bottom and have all cracked/broken off.

We have been very happy with the cooking experience and burner format. We did have an issue with them knob supports (clear plastic piece that keeps knob smooth and level). LG has sent replacements for all of them. Awaiting receipt.

Our new stovetop will be installed next week and I’m beyond excited! It’s a beautiful cooktop, which includes a griddle, and I can’t wait to begin using it. We’re in the middle of a kitchen remodel, including gas installation. I’ve used gas cooktops in the past and it’s the only way to go! We purchased a whole suite of LG appliances and what we’re already using, we are very happy with their beauty and their performance.
