Our customers say

Customers generally appreciate the product's attractive appearance and effective functionality, with some noting its quiet operation. However, there are significant concerns regarding installation, with issues such as incorrect duct cover lengths and units arriving out of square. Compatibility is also a mixed bag, as it integrates well with other LG appliances but does not work with Alexa as advertised.

We have a 10' tall kitchen. The installer put the unit in and he installed it over 36" from the cooktop because you do not have an extension. We are having it removed and the new unit (another brand) put in.

Love this unit but it seems that LG has something against "White" appliances other than refrigerators. Sad, No white ovens, microwaves or hoods come in white. Stainless is getting to be dated decore...folks tend to prefer white especially in a kitchen.
