Hi Bought the LG LSIS 3018SS studio induction range, paid extra to have the think Q app to be able to remotely control the range. Unfortunately the only think that you can do with that app is start the oven and set the temperature. Once the cycle is started form the app that is it, you can stop it or change any setting during that time. If the cycle is finished you can't restart the oven, you have to reset the oven from the knob on the stove. As for the induction cooktop there is zero interaction you can see if the element is on or off. There is so much more that we can do with an app now a day that LG didn't spend a lot of time on developing this app. Yet form LG marketing stand point you could do a lot it is the new thing BS. I want an app that give me full control over the range i.e. start/stop any element of the cook top adjust the temperature, time start/stop, cancel any cycle started, re start a new cycle, see the temperature of the ingredient been cooked, were is the camera in the stove other manufacturer have it, for me to see what is cooking, etc. etc. etc. Also the knob are hard to align with the arrow on the face of the control panel i have to bend to be able to align the number with the arrow on the control panel. I made a black line on the ring were the knob is inserted in the hole on the control panel. Presumably the cook top is scratch resistant after a week i see some scratches on the cooktop my pots and pans are all ALL Clad D5 brand new. The cook top frame doesn't align properly with the frame of the control panel there is a gap on one side of 3 mm. The door is not soft closing but the warming drawer is !!!

I bought this range approx. 6 months ago and have had nothing but trouble with it so far. 1.Fan was noisy 2. burner didn't work 3. warming burner didn't work 4. LED light on cooktop doesn't work. All problems have been fixed by service Co. but I have had to stay home waiting for them 6 times so far because they come & diagnose the problem and then order the new part and come and install it another day. Also the panel with writing on it for all of the burners and oven does not lite up and you can't see it in low light.

OH, so fast, we are now using it instead of the Microwave . . . for those things that we can. It is easy to keep clean and heat management is so much better than gas ever was and cleaner too. We love it!!

I am so unhappy with this range. It was delivered to me with delay back in early February. If I would have known that thes stoves cant use normal sized pots on all elements I would never have bought one! Lg I have known to be quality appliances! not anymore! why would they sell a stove that you cant use on all elements at least 8-12" diameter pots. normal expensive induction froendly pots that you cant use on the large element. I will not ever reccoment this stove to anyone. It needs to be taken off the market and they need to make a range that the elements are universal or at least can work with something smaller than a 18" diameter pot on it. SO disgusted!
