The washer is designed very poorly; when it spins the entire door visibly bulges out and makes a loud noise. 5 attempts at repairing it and the resolution from LG was that this is how the unit is. I had many washers in my life and while I do enjoy the auto-dispenser, having the unit hammer loudly throughout my entire home during each spin cycle makes this model absolutely terrible, don’t buy.

Washes well. Many cool features, IF it worked. Sometimes has trouble getting loads balanced for rinse/ spin cycles, but it eventually does. Always displays " Low Fabric Softener", EVEN WHEN FULL AND CLEANED OUT. Must crouch down to read details on display. Not very bright at brightest setting, and narrow viewing angle. Also, must get on knees to refill dispensers. Guess I'm stuck w it since there appears to be no fix for the eZ- dispense problem. I've had 2 replacement drawers installed. Last one also had problem with detecting detergent.

This is the most elegant laundry machine I have ever seen and it feels like you can put an endless amount of clothes in the washer before it's full. I'm still learning all the washer settings but so far it's been pretty easy to learn. The touchscreen makes it very easy to use. When it's running it's really quiet when you consider how much it's washing. I tried the fast wash mode the other day and it was done in 30 minutes. It's a really complete and luxorious washing machine... And I never thought I would say the word luxorious when talking about a washing machine. I also never thought I would invite guests into the laundry room to show off my washing machine but I'm doing that now too... :)

I’m a big fan of the touchscreen, is clean and intuitive, no fumbling through confusing menus. ezDispense is the real standout, fill the reservoir once and it automatically doses the right amount of detergent, i don’t have to be measuring every time. The automatic detergent dispenser is very convenient since it will measure out the appropriate amount for every wash. Very large capacity makes it easy to washing bedding in one go. There are a lot of handy cycles like the steam cleaning and self clean options.
