I have used this baker a few times now, and the fish turns out perfectly every time. It’s functional and beautiful. I highly recommend this baker!

Bought this for its unique (internal and external) design: It is aesthetically pleasing in Sea Salt. The tapered shape makes my meal look good (IMO) even when it does not work out the way I intend. My mishaps have been reduced because of the ridged bottom which distributes heat pretty evenly and more importantly keeps my steaks, potatoes, fish, etc from sitting in the drippings. Washes nicely: while it is noted to be dishwasher safe, I opt to wash by hand. I am very happy with my purchase.

I love this fish baker it’s just what I need. I cook in it every week. I just more than just fish in it. I have don’t chicken and rice and short ribs. It’s small more for single to two people but that’s perfect because it’s just me and occasionally I may have a friend to eat a few pieces with me. You can get at least five drumsticks in there with rice

This is the most exquisite serving dish I have ever seen. I ordered two because the two of us eat salmon every week and I serve them in the dish - one for each of us. Impressive !! I personally believe everything should be a work of art, and this exceeds all expectations!!
