These pans look nice but were a PAIN to clean up! They required a long hard scrub with a brillo pad to clean. I just donated them and replaced them with a new ceramic non-stick.

GREAT PANS!!! With stainless pans you cook differently. Its important to let the pan heat up FIRST,,,,then add your butter or oil. Stainless pans are built to last forever and you heat them up first THEN start adding ingredients. It is user error that causes it to stick. You cook differently with stainless which is why all restaurants use stainless pans.
