No metal utensils only silicone ones will keep the inner lining scratch free. Planning in making smaller sized lasagnas. Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. Cast iron means this can be pre-heated on the cooktop before popping it in the oven. So versatile. The color Rhône is spectacular. Feels luxurious !
