Cooks sourdough to perfection. Very happy with purchase.

I purchased this bread oven for my wife so she could have a perfect way to bake her sourdough. It took a few times getting used to it with the bread dough, etc, but on that third time after she tweaked how she put the dough into the oven, it was perfect! This is a great purchase for sure and she is so happy with it!!

After a couple of tries with unexpected rises and odd-shaped results, the oven produced a beautiful loaf of bread with great spring and crumb. The 4-cup recipe works best for us and we use unsalted butter instead of oil. Every baker should have one of these ovens.

This was a birthday gift for our daughter who is an avid sourdough baker. She baked a loaf this morning and rated it 5 stars. The new Riviera color was a hit too.

Was a gift to my sister and she absolutely LOVED it. She said it bakes her bread gorgeously.
