This oval bread oven is a game changer for baking. It’s so much easier than using a Dutch oven and the loaves turn out beautifully every time. I love how the bread bakes in this oven.

I am a new sourdough baker, really only 4 weeks or so into it. I ordered the bread ovens as I have an extensive collection of Le Creuset and they have never failed me. This oval bread oven is a game changer. I like the oval loaf more than the round mostly due to my slicer. The loaf fits, the round loaves do not. The loaves turn out perfectly, every time. I no longer have to preheat anything but the oven. I am impressed to say the least.

While a little smaller than I imagined, it’s perfect for my sourdough. Excellent crust and easy to put the loaf into the preheated pan. I got orange. Does not disappoint.

excellent for making sourdough, I've used the round one and so glad they came out with the oval version too, I used both of them side to side in the oven to make einkorn sourdough regular and whole wheat and comes out perfect every time, perfect crust yet soft inside
