I bought this for my daughter and we had a wonderful time making her first sourdough together. The traditional sourdough recipe (500g bread flour, 100g starter, 350-375g water, 10g salt) works great for this bread oven. It is beautiful I wish it was available to purchase when I bought my first bread oven. It is perfect in every way! I wish my first loaf turned out as perfect as my daughter’s first loaf turned out!

I absolutely love this for making oval loaves of bread

I recently took up sourdough bread making and was having trouble getting my loaves to brown. After purchasing the oval bread maker, I've made two of the best loaves ever. The black inside of the oven I'm sure was the key. I love this product. It's also attractive looking!
