I love it, but the lid is so tight it’s hard to get off to refill it.

I am a tea drinker so this kettle was an important purchase, I moved and needed a new kettle because my beloved kettle wouldn't work with my induction cooktop. If you need to hold a tea bag or strainer in place this kettle is not a good idea, I have been scalded many times in the past 6 months that I have had to use it. After it happened the first time I use caution but it still catches me off guard. I fill to the proper level but when you start pouring it sometimes it shoots out and it will get on the counter or anything else that's in the way, I keep tea kettles for a very long time and I am very unhappy with this purchase.

I really am satisficed with this tea kettle. Not only does it bring some sunshine into the kitchen because of its looks but it works very well and easy to clean, if necessary.

I wanted this very much because it is so attractive. Even my husband says so. But…the cap is difficult to take off and if it doesn't go on tightly enough the kettle won't whistle..

There is no better kettle than this one. It will last forever if cared for. Makes a perfect gift for tea lovers.
