Received a defective dish, with a dent and having a hard time returning for a exchange. Was told I have to wait for 48hrs for someone to call me back. If am purchasing something I expect it to be of good quality. Therefore I need to return or exchange. Why do I have to wait? Where is the return label?

This was shipped with NO padding or any kind if structure to keep it from breaking during shipping. However, I sent it back and received my refund immediately. Otherwise everything else I’ve ordered and received has been great!
