This is the best wok I own. It's practically nonstick, and I wish the company would make an 8-10 qt size.

Great to use on induction or gas cooktop. I was hesitant to buy at first because it's 3-ply not 5-ply but it's actually performing really well, perhaps even better than my 5-ply from another brand. I've stir fried mushrooms, green beans, made chicken curry, thick-almost fried type goat curry in this pan. I was able to stir fry mushrooms to the dryness level I wanted without it sticking to the wok. It was great for braising the curries, again without sticking to the bottom. However, keep in mind the type of food you're cooking and stir now and then as needed. It's an amazing wok, not a miracle wok :P Even when some food does stick it easily scrapes off with my wooden spatula. Cleaning is a breeze. You won't miss your nonstick cookware, just make sure you familiarize yourself with cooking on stainless steel.

This is a 12 inch Wok and not 14 inches as the Web Page Description Shows. It is much smaller than what appears on the Web. If you are looking for a 14 inch larger Wok for Stir Fry Chinese Cooking, this will not be appropriate. Nowhere in the description does it say that it is a 12 inch wok.
