This unit is beautiful, BUT that is where it stops. It came with parts missing! When you pay this kind of price for anything, you expect it to come with all of the proper parts. We reached out to Kucht support, they took approximately 2 weeks to reach back out and then we have been waiting ever since for the unit to be fixed. This journey began in November 2025 and it is now March 2026. There is a support bar that is missing from the back, therefore everything is angled down in the back of the stove top. The support bar was ordered and then spent a long time on backorder. Then they sent a service repair person to install the support bar when it FINALLY came in. That person took one look at the unit and stated it was a 2 person job, and never returned. One month later, Kucht reached back out to let us know they were waiting on a 2nd quote for repair. Then, 2 days later they asked if we were satisfied with the repair...WHAT REPAIR There are also basic features this unit is missing, such as no timer function, and it does not let you know when the oven is preheated. In addition to missing the support bar, they sent the wrong nozzles for LP vs Natural gas. This whole experience has been unpleasant! I do not recommend this product based on the customer service experience and basic functionality that is missing.

We have not yet hooked it up as our contractor is coming later today but it is a beautiful range! I just want to give a shout out to Frankie Vasquez - him and his delivery team are amazing. Fabulous customer service especially when so many companies are lacking in that area! Superb!!

We bought this for our custom home. Beautiful range! Works great so far.

I bought the stove because I wanted gas burners and an electric oven. It has been a fun experience adjusting to a new appliance.
