Well, i can say it looks great in kitchen! Unfortunately I've learned the oven automatically shuts off after 4 hours. I was actually told to set a timer to remind me to restart the oven ! Imagine! A $3700 appliance that needs to be restarted after 4 hours! I'm not looking forward to preparing Thanksgiving dinner. Too, the oven does not alert you when oven has preheated. Tech support toldme to allow 30 minutes for reheating. So, now I'm down to 3 1/2 hours cooking time. If there was any way to easily return this Kucht oven, I would certainly be doing it. Soooo disappointed!

My dual fuel range is absolutely beautiful and I was so excited to get it. Unfortunately, it has continued to have problems with the gas burners. Everything worked great the day it was installed, but for 3 months now we have been having trouble, off and on, getting the burners to light. The igniters always spark, but at random times none of the burners will light. I have hired independent inspectors to come and evaluate the installation, because I thought it had something to do with the gas line. But their report found no fault in the installation and suspected the issue was internal. I am now at the point I am filing a report with Kucht warranty services. I am praying they are able to find a solution, because I love this range so much, but I just need it to work every time I want to use it.

We downsized our home a few years back, but when we remodeled our kitchen, we wanted the professional style oven/stove we had in our larger home. When we saw the Kucht Brand, we really liked the Euro styling and decided to purchase the KXP36 series. Once we had it installed, we were very impressed with the performance and the simplicity of the controls. The knobs are very solid and the machine as a whole is very heavy and sturdy. We look forward to many years of use with this.
