Surprised how it scratched. Disappointed.

Love this sink! It’s been installed for over 6 months and is holding up well. It does get small scratches, but we’re not easy on it, so to be expected at this price point. We also purchased the accessory pieces as shown in the pic and highly recommend them too!

I am giving 3 stars to this beautiful sink just because of the quality control. When our plumber began the installation, he discovered that the edge of the sink was bent. I doubt that happened in transit since the product had been very well packaged. He was knowledgeable enough to succeed in pounding out the bend and successfully installing the sink without just a very minor cosmetic flaw and much silicone to under the edge for it to lay flat. If one does not know it, it looks perfect, thanks to our professional installer. The sink looks beautiful. I called customer service and the rep, Pete, was most professional and helpful. After reviewing the photos we sent him of the damage, he gave us the option of replacing it our a partial refund (25% off the purchase price). Replacing the sink would have been a hardship leaving us with no kitchen sink to use for a couple of days since the old one had been removed, and packing and returning sink. We chose the refund. We are happy with our sink now that the inconvenience is past us. It too bad that products are not sufficiently inspected before leaving the warehouse. Thank you

I decided two sinks were a necessity (thank you Martha Stewart;-). A great fit for our corner installation with lots of working functionality

The product arrived in perfect condition. It looks great. It is not yet installed.
