I bought 2 of the larger pull out Rival faucets in the vibrant stainless finish to replace my 15 year old Forte kitchen faucets with a brushed nichol finish in my kitchen. I LOVE MY FORTE FAUCET!! I HATE THE RIVAL AND ITS VIBRANT STAINLESS FINISH!! The Rival is too small, too low and does not come out enough from the base to the end of the spray nozzle. I am a 5-9, long armed woman so it's not my stature that's the problem. It's the small Rival dimensions. The stream of water is always weak and never has a smooth stream. It's also louder also, making a sound at the sprayer area when the stream is flowing--in addition to the usual sound of running water. The sprayer handle also moves a little when it's engaged in the faucet base and you are swiveling the faucet. The finish on the Rival is horrible. The vibrant stainless finish is horrible!! Has Kohler even tested this finish even with a mere 3 touches with a wet hand? Water spots are going to be a problem with every use. It looks horrible. So the Rival fails in aesthetic, ergonomics (size), function and noise level. Please bring back the Forte pull out faucet 10433. It's timeless and a great size of large or double kitchen sinks! I love it so much that I'm buying parts so I can keep it. The Rival does not live up to it's name and it's going back.

Very pleased with the look and function of this new faucet. Initially, the aerator was working more like a sprinkler. Customer service promptly sent a new aerator which corrected the issue. Appreciate everyone at Kohler from ordering to answering my questions.

This is a great faucet! We love the simplicity of traditional faucets. Not everyone wants the style with the heavy, high arching neck.
