Touchless works very well. The pull down faucet is not good quality. If you pull down the sprayer you physically have to put the sprayer back up inside the faucet. The faucet always shows finger prints & water marks no matter how often you clean it. Would not order this colour again & faucet as the quality is poor. Not worth the money.

Best faucet ever. Very convenient. Only issue was when ordered is stated "Kohler Konnect" this model did not come with that feature. Still a great faucet!
