I’ve told this site and it’s Wayfair affiliate the issues countless times and they simply want to exchange it. Frustrated doesn’t begin to describe the situation and they need to allow a return with refund. I’ve kept countless items I’ve ordered and made concessions. Why I continue to trust the process is my own issue, but this came opened and warped and was clearly used or returned.
