Love the looks of this soap dispenser in brushed nickel. We have four of them in our home and have used them for years, first in 2010. The only downside is the design of the arm: the hole from which the soap is dispensed is on the bottom of the arm near the tip. After a few years of usage, even with keeping the soap cleaned off the arm, the underside corrodes to the point where you can see inside the arm and a lot of soap comes out. The one in our half bath just corroded on the TOP of the arm instead of the bottom which makes no sense since the soap comes out underneath. We have now replaced three out of four of this Kohler soap dispenser, but we have found another brushed nickel soap dispenser that is actually more attractive; the arm is a bit thicker and the soap is dispensed from the end of the arm. If it weren't for the corrosion problem, we'd give this a 5-star review.

The dispenser sent to me is not assembled correctly. The spigot is not turned properly to the base part. This results in the soap being dispensed from the side of the spigot, not the bottom. I kept the dispenser anyways because I had thoroughly torn up the packaging.

Simple design that would work well with other transitional style products. Works as expected.

We purchased this dispenser two years ago, and it's no longer functioning after only light usage. This appears to be due to the dispenser head being clogged with congealed soap. Based on the design, it seems inevitable this would happen. We're disappointed in this Kohler product.

The plumbers installed the sink faucet and the soap dispenser. As they were cutting open the package for the dispenser, the knife slipped and cut the top of the gold pump. Whatever kind of finish Kohler uses for this dispenser....is working!!! Yes, there is a huge cut on the top of my pump....BUT the gold finish goes deeper than the surface and there is not any other metal color showing. I could be depressed about the accident - but honestly, I am more impressed at the beautiful craftsmanship.
