[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pot filler feels very well made, it's very heavy and feels sturdy. I think that it will last us a long time. I love the polished Chrome look. It looks awesome in my kitchen it's got that reflective high-end look like you might see in magazines. I like the shape and style overall but the only real complaint is that it definitely shows fingerprint smudges but thankfully they wipe away very easily. The articulating arm allows it to reach pots on my stove. No problem at multiple different angles. I like the way that it has two different articulating joints on it instead of just one, allowing more precise positioning. Those articulating areas move easily and smoothly, yet it doesn't feel loose and cheap. It feels like a nice quality product. It has a great water flow that matches my kitchen sink and it fills up the pot very fast. It has a very direct stream and doesn't seem to spray outside of the pot. It's super easy to use one-handed moving it where I want it and then flipping it on and off. Overall, this has been a very convenient addition to our kitchen. It's something I've never realized how much I would like it, now it would be hard to go back without having one. There is no more hauling a large pot of water from the sink over to the stove. One thing I will mention is that it is rather large in overall size. Thankfully. I can turn it sideways and get it out of the way, but it does take up substantial space when it's swung around in use. Installation seemed pretty straightforward. My husband had it done pretty quickly and said there were no issues. It went rather smoothly. That being said, he is very handy so I'm not sure how I would have done on my own. Overall, it feels like a quality almost like a luxury item and I'm super excited to have it in our kitchen and glad that we did not go with one of the cheaper ones that we have been looking at.
