Product is fine but your service was dreadful. You sent it 3 (three) times without the flange/face plate for the sprayer. We finally had to go directly to Kohler to get one. What a waste of your time and ours. Your folks on the phone listened carefully but were powerless to solve the issue. Better open up all the boxes of this faucet you have and see if there is a flange in there. If there were 3 without it, there’s probably hundreds.

Nice faucet! Good construction and easy to install. Water discharge angle could be a bit more towards straight down than forward, though.
