Second sink ordered and received. First one was chipped when we received but the contractor was able to hide the defect when he installed. Then the sink started cracking (in a different spot) after two months. Wayfair and Kohler agreed to replace at no charge. Second sink arrived and was chipped in one corner. Wayfair agreed to and has processed a total refund. Customer service reps and supervisors were helpful resolving the situation.

I think it would have been a great sink. The contractor said, it would be too heavy. So, I had to return.

I bought this Sink because Iam building a new house. Haven’t finished the house yet. I had this sink in the other house and loved it. Ice grey is a good color that will go with anything

This is definitely more brown than grey, so the color thru the look of the kitchen. It is also incredibly heavy, extra supports had to be added in order to mount and stabilize it. Otherwise, it’s good looking and great quality
