Tremendous experience for first time shopper. Last week I ordered two sink racks which were delivered in three days-very fast. Unfortunately one of the racks was missing a piece- a foot to keep it off the sink. I called to see if a part was available and how to handle the return of the one rack. The person that handled my inquiry as very polite. He said let me seek the item and then said I am sending you a new rack and if you can donate the other one to a charity for their use. He said the rack would arrive by monday. The rack arrived in less than forty-eight hours on Friday. WOW! What great service.
