First sink package had concealed damage to the corners of the sink. A call to customer service and I was told a new sink package was on the way. When I asked if they would send a call tag for the defective sink, I was told they didn't want it back and I could either donate it, use it for something else, or throw it away; i.e., they didn't want it back. I thought this was unusual but was told the cost to handle the return was more than the item was worth? So, I donated the sink and faucet to a third party...
