Steak and onions on this pan have been our favorite, with the pan being pre-seasoned nothing sticks and meat and veggies have been so tender! If you don’t know or have time to pre-season your skillets, I’d highly recommend this one. Cleaning is also a breeze!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This seasoned induction cast iron skillet is awesome!!! Eggs slide right c Out of the pan with no sticking. It's very easy to clean and take care of. It's got a nice weight to it but isn't overly heavy. I love cast iron as you don't have to use plastic spatulas etc.

Especially when you have something that needs to start on the stovetop and finish in the oven, or a particularly large recipe to cook. The handles help for moving in and out of the oven, but make sure you have potholders/towels to grab them, and be careful because it is pretty heavy.
