I LOVE this machine so much. It has made my life so much better and I go to bed looking forward to my coffee the next day. I don’t really have any complaints to be honest.

I couldn't have asked for anything better than this machine as an anniversary gift for my wife. Not only has it been great to just have latte whenever I'd like, it's saving me money as well. My wife used to grab Starbucks every morning on her way to work as a first grade teacher, but now she just presses the bottom for her favorite drink and make it at home before she leaves. The interface is easy to use and the step by step instructions on maintenance is easy to follow as well. This has been the best gift I've ever gotten her.

I bought this 2 months ago via Whirlpool Inside Pass. The machine was great until yesterday when an erorr appeared regarding the water tank. The machine thinks that the water tank is empty and will not dispense drinks until the error is cleared. I have maintained the unit exactly according to the prompts/recommendations so I don't understand how this has happened in such a short period of time. I have tried calling customer service with no success. Seems like a new unit is already needed which is a shame given the price point.
