Best Pan ! Love Love Love this pan ! First time I used this I made Chicken Carbana and it was so easy and came out delicious! The cheese sauce melted so easy and nothing stuck to the pan ! So the sauce came out so smooth and creamy ! And it took just a minute to clean the pan. ( I hand washed it ) Next morning I baked some sticky pecan rolls in it. And they came out perfect and they just slid right out of the pan onto the serving platter. This is a good size pan too ! So you can easily cook alot of servings if needed...( the Chicken Carbana I made for 5 adults ) !
