The best bread pans, if you know how to take care of them. Even though nonstick you should still grease and flour your bread pans. It keeps the coating conditioned and keeps it from discoloring. Any true baker knows this. I would definitely buy these time and time again. I am going to include a picture of both my new pan and my pan that has been used several times as you will see there is no discoloration as people have complained about. I grease and flour my pans. The light blue one I’ve used several times without discoloration issues. The dark blue one I just ordered because I’m always baking different breads. These are a must have great pans!!

Nice pan but the pretty green color is no longer pretty after baking one cinnamon bread in it. The finish is still there but the color is tinged brown in spots for some reason.

Used it for my meatloaf and it came out great and no sticking!

Perfect for baking.
