The best bread pans, if you know how to take care of them. Even though nonstick you should still grease and flour your bread pans. It keeps the coating conditioned and keeps it from discoloring. Any true baker knows this. I would definitely buy these time and time again. I am going to include a picture of both my new pan and my pan that has been used several times as you will see there is no discoloration as people have complained about. I grease and flour my pans. The light blue one I’ve used several times without discoloration issues. The dark blue one I just ordered because I’m always baking different breads. These are a must have great pans!!

Very nice pans. Excellent for bread baking. I also use it for making meatloaf and other smaller meals for myself. I live alone and I’m elderly. I have a hard time finding recipes that don’t make too much. So, I’ve got creative and made smaller recipes, to make only 4 servings. I eat one, save one for the fridge and freeze the other two.
