Cheaply made and poorly designed. I expected more from Kitchenaid. I love my mixer. This was a huge disappointment. The motor is just okay, the lid attachment is flimsy and flips open instead of twisting on so the pusher must be removed each time you open or it falls out. The one star is for the nesting attachments that fit inside the bowl. That was the feature (along with the Kitchenaid name) that sold me on this unit. I would not buy it again, or give it as a gift.
