Nice heavy griddle pan

This grill pan is awesome! I used it to cook two 16 oz. steaks - pan-seared on one side, then in the oven to finish them. It left beautiful grill lines on the steaks, stood up to the heat and best of all, even though it is as heavy as my cast iron pan, it literally is non-stick!!!! Some soapy water and a sponge, rinse and wiped dry with some paper towels and it looked as if it was never used! The price was phenomonal, the quality beyond compare and if you need a grill pan that can take the heat, and practically wipes clean, then this is for you.

Always dreamed of getting this pan, and Im so happy with, works perfect with steaks and burgers without having to go outside in the middle of winter for a steak on the grill.
