Was told it was a basket filter when I inquired it is not, I have to warm coffee in microwave after pouring. Do NOT recommend

It look better in the online photo-illustration. Once it arrived, it all seems to be a bit over-sized and clumsy. Didn’t really need to be that big, even at 12 cups, I’m pretty sure. There’s something cheap looking about the particular grey, at that particular level of matte/gloss. That’s how it looks. How it works: fine, except there is no temperature control, and the coffee is not hot enough. I’m going to look at the Return Policy...

Brews excellent coffee, doesn't leave grounds in carafe, carafe doesn't spill when you pour into a cup
