I was very impressed with the packaging of this coffee maker. Everything was packed securely, with very little chance of anything breaking during transit. When I opened the box, I was immediately happy with the color. It is a true, neutral grey that fits beautifully with my kitchen decor. The machine itself has a soft, sleek finish that gives it a high-end, modern look. It even reminds me of the popular stand mixers in style, which I really like. Functionally, it performs just as well as it looks. It brews coffee quickly, and the aroma that fills the kitchen while it's brewing is absolutely wonderful. The coffee tastes incredibly smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful it was. Initially, I found that the measurements in the filter resulted in coffee that was a bit too strong for my taste. However, after adjusting the number of scoops, I was able to find the perfect ratio for our household. This coffee maker has quickly become a favorite part of my morning routine. I absolutely love this coffee maker. It is well-made. The removable water reservoir is great. We go through a lot of coffee makers it seems, because we’re big coffee drinkers, but this is probably one of the best that I bought so far.

I absolutely love this coffeemaker! I had a different kitchen aid coffeemaker for over 5 years and it recently just passed away, so I stuck with the brand! It is very fast and easy to operate and clean!

Lasted only 4 months then completely stopped the ability to pull water from the tank no matter how many times it was descaled. Bad purchase. My previous Kitchen aid lasted over 3 yrs this one was not as great of quality. No use getting this replaced will move on to another brand.
