This is a great little machine. The coffee is good and it is quiet. I've used Jura for more than 15 years and wouldn't change. My only problem with this order was that the water tank was cracked when it arrived. I contacted Jura directly and had one in my kitchen in 48 hours.

Easy to use and makes excellent coffee drinks. We like that it’s a smaller footprint than some of the other Jura machines and it’s very stylish. 100% satisfied.

Love the machine! Coffee taste great! I like that everything is super automatic! Maybe the only con for me is the maximum volume is up to 8 oz. Still I give it a 5 star!
