My previous Jura started producing an error code after 10 years. We love it so much that we replaced with the same brand.

Just do it!! I debated this purchase for 2 years and am so glad I finally took the plunge. Love this machine. Is super easy to clean and coffee is second to none!! ☕️❤️

Love the coffee maker. It does take a little bit of time on maintenance as to be expected. We purchased the extra glass container for the milk aspect and can make delicious Cappuccinos, etc.

I returned the original "Chrome" version of the E8 as the website picture shows it as a silver or brushed nickel color with black portions but it is actually all a very shiny chrome. I then received the "Black" version which is much better. The machine works well but has several minor drawbacks. My previous Jura F7 was easy to set up. Although you had to manually turn the milk frother on and off when making a latte, I could make a latte that had distinctive coffee flavor similar to Starbucks with an extra shot of coffee. For the E8, you can't even taste coffee when using the factory latte settings. I had to maximize the coffee strength, set it to the finest grind, significantly increase the coffee volume, reduce the amount of frothed milk and switch to dark roast beans to adequately be able to taste the coffee in the lattes. Having done that, it now makes good lattes. On the F7, I had to empty the coffee grounds after every 7 lattes but the drip tray was never full and both containers are easy to clean. The opposite is true on the E8. The drip tray has to be emptied every 7-8 lattes even though it has a larger capacity and the grounds container isn't close to full. The drip tray is also more complex and much harder to clean than the F7. Finally, the milk frother has to run through the cleaning process every day before shutting down which takes at least 5 minutes. If you just rinse the frother, it primarily spits out milk and steam for the first latte the next day with minimal frothing. I found if you run the frother rinse cycle before shutting the machine down and again upon starting it up the next day, it will work properly. I generally make two lattes each morning and just being able to press one button to make each one is great but with the additional maintenance involved, I am not sure the view is worth the climb over my old F7. Unfortunately, my F7 broke down after 10 years and just over 7,500 lattes/coffees.
