Customers appreciate the product's functionality, ease of use, and compact size, noting that it performs as expected and stores conveniently. The design is also frequently praised for its neatness and storage benefits. However, opinions on the sharpness achieved are mixed, with some finding it effective while others feel it does not sharpen knives as well as anticipated and may even damage blades.
