I was disappointed with how this held up. After about a year the wood split making the cutting board wobble and leak juices through to the counter. We are in Denver so very dry here- I’m unsure if anything will hold up here, but it’s too expensive to replace regularly. (We did condition it regularly too)

Excellent product but it could come treated with oil and paste.
