Made in our home and crafted for yours, the John Boos Carving Board collection wooden cutting board is a kitchen essential for BBQ aficionados and culinary enthusiasts. Handcrafted from high-quality wood and made in the USA, this professional cutting board is designed to withstand constant cutting, chopping, and slicing with ease. Featuring a substantial 2.25-inch thickness, this cutting board offers a sturdy and reliable cutting surface for all your culinary needs. The reversible board features a center pyramid design to stabilize food while carving and a sloped juice groove on one side with a stainless steel tray to catch drippings. This conveniently prevents liquids from spilling onto your countertop surface and ensures a mess-free cooking experience. This expertly crafted tool features an oil finish that enhances the natural beauty of the wood board while offering added protection against moisture and daily wear. Maintain the bevel, sand minor scratches, and follow simple maintenance solutions found in our kitchen cutting board care and usage sheet to ensure longevity and optimal performance. For additional care, we recommend using our Boos Block Mystery Oil and Board Cream (sold separately) to revitalize and protect the wood fibers and wooden surface.
