I change this every couple years for sanitation purposes & wear & tear, to prolong life if my garbage disposal… Inexpensive & simple to change…

Excellent. Much better then what the insinkerator garbage disposals come with. Drains quick and gets the job done.

excellent solution to the inferior other baffle

Great product for the price

Product is good with its stainless steel blade and cutting chamber. Quiet and works great. My only complaint is the permanently installed rubber baffle that is a part of the gasket. I had to purchase a separate rubber baffle and cut out the permanent one in order to retain the gasket while giving me a way to access the grinding chamber if necessary to clean it out.
