This works great, but I had to purchase a second one. The first one developed a leak, I kid you not, just two weeks after the warranty period expired. Other than that, it makes great hot water and is very easy to install. Replacing the bad one took about 90 seconds, as I didn't even need to swap out the handle, just the tank, and it was exactly the same as the first one.
